The boots are everything I wanted, they are beautiful, soft leather and functional and FIVE Star. However, I tried for 2 weeks to get a reply via phone prior to ordering the boots to determine size and I finally just ordered them. They are to big, so I emailed and called and received a quick email this time that said said they couldn't exchange for a smaller size - so a big ZERO on customer service - I even offered to drive them there to just exchange - so sad, now they could make me trip and fall being to big.
