1. Promotion Description: Joie Summer Sweepstakes begins June 21, 2022 and ends June 28, 2022

2. The Sponsor of this Sweepstakes is: Sunrise Brands LLC

3. Eligibility: Open to legal residents who are 18 years or older

4. Grand Prize: One (1) winner will receive $1000 gift card to Joie.com

5. How to Enter: Each participant shall enter the competition via Instagram by liking @Joie post on June 21, 2022 (to be referred to as “specified post”) and tagging another Instagram user in the comments of the specified post. Both the participant and the additional user must be following @Joie on Instagram in order to qualify. Additional entries can be made if the participant tags additional users in the comments of the specified post (one (1) additional tag = one (1) additional entry). Any additional user must also be following @Joie in order for the participant to qualify.

6. Winner Selection: The Winner of the Sweepstakes will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible Entries received throughout the Promotion Period.

7. Winner Notification: Winner will be notified by Instagram Direct Message approximately two (2) days after the random drawing.

8. Privacy: Any Personal Information Supplied By You Will Be Subject To The Privacy Policy Of The Sponsor Posted At https://sunrisebrands.com/terms-conditions/.

Limitation Of Liability: Sponsor assumes no responsibility or liability for any incorrect or inaccurate entry information, or for any faulty or failed electronic data transmissions; or any unauthorized access to, or theft, destruction or alteration of entries at any point in the operation of this Sweepstakes; or any injury or damage to participants or to any other person’s computer or mobile device which may be related to or resulting from any attempt to participate in the Sweepstakes or download of any materials in the Sweepstakes.
