Who in your life do you look up to the most?
Honestly, that person is becoming me. Not that I don't have many, many muses, but I am finally becoming my own muse and that's largely because I am choosing to see how inspiring I am. And I think it's something we all need to do.

As a woman, when do you feel most empowered?
When I'm truly tapped into my magnificence and worth - so often our self-perception falls gravely short of just how extraordinary we actually are. I also find when I really show up for myself, especially my growth, and face challenges that I feel incredibly empowered and proud of myself.

What is one of your daily non-negotiables?
Meditation - Rewiring my subconscious and tapping into what I'm manifesting is incredibly important to me; I also always find myself so much more centered after.

What is your word for 2023?
Worthy. One of my biggest subconscious limiting beliefs has been that I'm not good enough, and this year I am putting it behind me. We're worthy of magic and abundance now.
