Joie x BYCHARI Email Giveaway- Terms & Conditions

1. Promotion Description: Joie x BYCHARI Email Giveaway begins February 28, 2023 and ends March 4, 2023

2. The Sponsor of this Sweepstakes is: Sunrise Brands LLC

3. Eligibility: Open to legal residents who are 18 years or older

4. Grand Prize: One (1) winner will receive a $500 gift card to Joie.com and a $500 gift card to BYCHARI.com

5. How to Enter: Each participant shall enter the competition via the Joie x BYCHARI giveaway landing page on Joie website (to be referred to as “specified landing page”). The specified landing page will be linked in both the Joie and BYCHARI emails sent on 2/28. In order to qualify, participant must answer the prompt “Where did you hear about this giveaway?” and submit their email address in the giveaway pop up on the specified landing page. One (1) email submitted = one (1) entry. Duplicate emails will not be counted as multiple entries.

6. Winner Selection: The Winner of the Sweepstakes will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible Entries received throughout the Promotion Period. The selection will occur within 48 hours of end of contest.

7. Winner Notification: Winner will be notified by email within 48 hours of random drawing.

8. Release: Winner will be required to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility and Release before receiving their prize.

9. Privacy: Any Personal Information Supplied By You Will Be Subject To The Privacy Policy Of The Sponsor Posted At https://sunrisebrands.com/terms-conditions/.

Limitation Of Liability: Sponsor assumes no responsibility or liability for any incorrect or inaccurate entry information, or for any faulty or failed electronic data transmissions; or any unauthorized access to, or theft, destruction or alteration of entries at any point in the operation of this Sweepstakes; or any injury or damage to participant's or to any other person’s computer or mobile device which may be related to or resulting from any attempt to participate in the Sweepstakes or download of any materials in the Sweepstakes.
